As we are planning to travel slow, we hope that housesitting will be a way that we can afford to stay longer in some places as well as connect with smaller towns and local culture. To actually get the feeling of living somewhere else is one of the things we are very much looking forward to in our travels!
To prepare, we have been house and pet sitting for friends, family, and referrals around Seattle. It’s been a great experience so far and we are VERY glad that we are doing this now so we know what will be in store in the future!
